This year SAPALTA will be teaming up with Brewery Ardennes & Big Alice for our first Oktoberfest. The Oktoberfest will run two weeks, where for one week each we are letting the breweries do a tap takeover where all our beer will be from that brewery. We will be offering a beer flight of 4 beers and a food flight with 4 paired selections. We will also have specials that pair with our beers crafted by our Chef in collaboration with the brewmaster. Big Alice
The first week starting October 5th will be with Big Alice and will run through Tuesday October 10th. They will be joining us on Thursday October 5th to pass out swag, talk about their beers and enjoy some great food. The beer lineup will be Seneca Creme Ale, Queensbridge IPA, Sour Slammer, and Big Alice's Oktoberfest.
Brewery Ardennes
The second week will start Thursday October 12th with Brewery Ardennes and will run through Tuesday October 17th. They will be joining us on Thursday October 12th to pass out swag, talk about their beers, and enjoy some great food. The beer lineup will be their Wit, Hazy IPA, Belgian Pumpkin Ale, and their award winning Dubbel.
Oktoberfest at Sapalta
We will be offering a food board. Each beer has its own sausage from Bostrom Farms. We are also running a special each night that pairs with one of the beers. Beers are available in a flight of 4 or as a pint. We are extremely excited for this and hope to see you soon.
