This is Sapalta's 2nd annual Chef & Winemaker's Dinner with Hermann J. Wiemer.  This dinner will include 5 courses crafted by our chef with a wine paired by the winemaker for each course.  Our first seating will be at 6pm with only 50 seats with a possible second seating at 8:30pm.  This is the pinnacle of our harvest with a special event to celebrate another successful season and harvest.
